 Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location. You can estimate your shipping time here.

 

 Q. What is your return policy?

A. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable on the product page are not within our return guidelines.

 

 Q. How do I make a return request?

A. If you would like to make a return request, please email info@lalaskinessentials.com  with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!

 

 Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within Canada and the USA and may take up to 10-15 business days for international shipments. See our Shipping page for full details.

 Q. How do I apply coupon code to my order?

A. Add the products that you’d like to purchase to your shopping cart – keep in mind, your discount will not be subtracted from the price yet. Proceed to checkout, and as soon as you get to the checkout process (on the same page that you give your payment information) you’ll notice the “Coupon Code” field. Enter the code in the box provided and the amount will be discounted from your order!

A. No, we only accept all major credit cards, Interac e-mail Money Transfer and Paypal.

 Q. How do I use your products?

A. Directions are indicated in the “How to Use” section for every product. Directions are also available on the product labels.

 

 Q. What If I have allergies?

A. The best thing about our products is that they are 100% organic. We never use any parabens, chemicals or synthetic ingredients that can irritate your skin, Please check product descriptions to ensure there are no allergies before you place an order with us.

 

 Q. I have sensitive skin, how do I know I will not have a side reaction to your products?

A. The Lala Skin Essentials line was born from the needs of highly sensitive, acne and inflammation-prone skin of our founder. So, our entire collection helps to soothe the skin with gentle safe and organic ingredients. Please take the skin care quiz to know the products that are best suited for your skin.

 

 Q. My body butter has melted. What should I do? Is it safe to use?

A. It is completely normal for some products to melt in temperatures over 85°F (especially body butters). Please note that this is no way alters their efficacy. Simply place the butters in the fridge for 1-2 hrs for the butters and oils to solidify and enjoy.

 

 Q. Where can I buy your products?

A. On-line and Pop-up Stores! We are an e-commerce company committed to sourcing the best quality skin care products that are also cruelty-free, vegan, organic, ethically-sourced and eco-friendly. We are also committed to packaging according to eco-friendly standards in order to minimize our carbon footprint.

 

 Q. How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

A. Please read the ingredient label on the product or product box. Should you find that you are allergic to a product after purchasing it, we will gladly offer you a full refund and free returns once we receive the unused item back in our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days for a refund.

 

 Q. How do I store your products?

A. It is important to store ALL our products in a cool, dry place.
