Returns

At Lala Skin Essentials we strive to provide high quality, effective organic skincare with optimal benefits to your skin. In case of defective or damaged items, simply send an email with a picture to info@lalaskinessentials.com no later than 5 days after delivery and we’ll gladly exchange or refund your defective or damaged item. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on goods that have been used.
